About Rzki

Built for businesses
already getting noticed.

We build the infrastructure that turns existing attention into measurable revenue — for established SMBs with real visibility, running on tools that aren’t connected to anything.

The founders

Two operators.
One stack.

We started Rzki after years of watching small businesses get sold templates and rented tools — never the actual systems. The same patterns big companies pay millions for, sized and priced for SMBs. That’s the whole thing.

Hanis Mohamad Rasid

Co-Founder, Head of Growth

Hanis builds the systems that bring customers through your door. He runs sales, owns client relationships, and builds the automation infrastructure that connects every tool in your stack — cold outreach pipelines, email and SMS sequences, CRM integrations, n8n workflows, review and inquiry automation. If a repetitive task could be handled by a system, he builds the system.

Co-Founder, Head of Digital Performance

Nate builds the things your customers see and interact with. He owns brand identity, leads front-end development, and builds the measurement systems that prove what's working — UI/UX, design systems, websites, conversion-tuned landing pages, SEO, analytics tracking, data infrastructure, monthly insight reports. If it's visible or measurable, it sits with him.

How we operate

Principles, with consequences.

Every operating principle below carries an explicit trade-off. We’d rather you read these and decide we’re wrong for you than discover it three weeks into an engagement.

  1. 01

    Infrastructure over marketing.

We build systems, not campaigns. Every decision is structural, not promotional.

The consequence — If the only deliverable you need is a logo refresh or an ad-spend recommendation, we’re the wrong people. We don’t ship anything that doesn’t change how the business operates.

  2. 02

    Founder-led, not founder-fronted.

We do the work. The senior person you start with is the senior person who runs your engagement.

The consequence — When you sign on, you talk to the people writing the code and shipping the systems. As we grow, the rule stays — whoever leads your engagement is the senior person doing it, never a junior handoff.

  3. 03

    Integrated systems, not menu items.

The three pillars aren’t a menu. Every engagement ships all three.

The consequence — We don’t take ‘just a new site’ or ‘just a CRM’ work — the value compounds when they connect. If you only need one piece, we’re not the most efficient option.

  4. 04

    Specific over clever.

We name the metric, the tool, the number. Dollar figures, not percentages. Real systems, not promises.

The consequence — Our case studies show real revenue impact, not vague lifts. Our scope documents say ‘live booking flow on yourbusiness.com’ not ‘enhanced customer experience.’ If you want big-picture brand storytelling, we’re not it.

Who we’re built for

Real attention. Untapped revenue.

We’re built for established SMBs with real visibility — businesses already drawing customers through reputation, foot traffic, search rank, or social. The demand exists; the infrastructure to capture it doesn’t. We build the layer underneath: websites that convert, automation that follows up, and the data that proves what’s working.

Industry matters less than shape. Hospitality, services, ecommerce — all fit if the operator wants real infrastructure they own, not platforms they’re locked into.

What an engagement looks like

Three phases.
No guesswork.

From the first call to a year in, here’s the rhythm. You’ll know what we’re doing, what you’re doing, and what you walk away with at every step.

◆ Find the gap
01·Discovery·Week 1

We find where revenue is leaking.

A working session and an audit of where your business already has demand — reviews, traffic, foot, referrals — and where it falls off before becoming revenue.

◆ Ship in sprints
02·Build·~4 weeks

We ship in sprints, not surprises.

Working website on your domain, automation workflows in production, data layer wired into the tools you already use. The clock starts once onboarding is complete and your assets are in — then it’s roughly four weeks of visible weekly progress to go-live.

◆ Monthly rhythm
03·Insight loop·Monthly, ongoing

We keep proving what’s working.

Once the build is live we shift to a monthly cadence — a written insight report tied to your revenue numbers with one or two recommendations to act on.
